Thank You!

For everyone who has supported me both financially and prayerfully thus far--THANK YOU! It has been so encouraging to see the Lord working and showing that he WILL provide for this trip. I am so very grateful for the money that you are able to donate, but also know that the prayers of those who cannot support financially are JUST as important because God is hearing those prayers and is showing that He is able and will provide. I wanted to share a neat story that I thought was very encouraging and just proves to me that He is sovereign and is in control:
I was talking to one of my friends on campus about my trip and he randomly just said, "Why don't you ask our (he and his roommates') parents for money?" I explained to him that his parents did not know me and that I had never met them, but he told me that they know of me because he had talked about me before and assured me that his parents would LOVE to help out. So what do you know, today his parents came down to campus and gave me a check for my trip not five minutes after they met me. Not only that, but with his father's business when a donation is made to an organization (such as CCC) the amount he gives will be matched by the larger parts of the company. So I will end up getting double what they wrote the check for!
With all that being said, my faith has already been strengthened and I am absolutely ecstatic to see what will happen next!
